Whatever your occasion, Terroir and Table bring creativity, experience, tradition and technique to the table offering a unique and authentic culinary experience for every event.

Experience the art of wood-fire cooking:
  Dishes are prepared using a variety of techniques: grilling, baking, roasting or slow cooking; and presented either on a Provencal-style buffet or in the centre of a long table and served from a carving station or in a combination of styles that best suits your occasion.
